What is PST Sweep Up?

There are two separate PST Sweep Up modules, the first one is 'Mass PST Sweep Up' and the second is 'PST Index Folder'.

Mass PST Sweep Up solves many problems regarding the archiving of emails and its main aim is to get emails that reside in PST's that may have multiple folder structures, easily and automatically into one single central email archive.  Mass PST Sweep Up can be run centrally by an Administrator.

Often PST's are kept on a network drive in a Public folder with many sub-folders.  They can take up a lot of space, individual emails are often very difficult to find and view, searching can be time consuming, and there is often a backup overhead to any searching.

Mass PST Sweep Up will automatically drill down through the various folders identifying emails and deliver these emails to Mail-safe's central email archive.  Once this process is completed PST's become obsolete because the emails are all in the central archive and easily accessible.

Mass PST Sweep Up is run in conjunction with Mail-safe's Email Archiving and Mailbox Reducer products.

PST Index Folder enables users to select their PST folders and associate Index/Tagging data to all emails as they are 'swept up' to Mail-safe's central archive.  PST Index Folder is run in conjunction with Mail-safe's Email Archiving product.
