Flickthru' - is the computerised equivalent of a correspondence file, or client or matters file. With one simple click all the documents in a file, irrespective of original computer format, are opened for browsing or flicking through. The different document types within one file include e-mails, spreadsheets, reports, out-bound letters and scanned in-bound letters etc. No more opening each document individually e.g. PDF, DOC, XLS, MSG etc because they are all opened simultaneously - you can view and scroll through them following a 'thread'. The need for paper based filing with its high cost and limited access is eliminated.

Web Archiver - offers zone scanning, OCR'ing and indexing for documents such as POD's, Purchase Invoices, Orders, Delivery Notes etc to SQL database. Search, find and view via your web browser. No more paper filing and easy access for many users.

ePostroom - from a central postroom or reception, documents are scanned and delivered electronically to recipient postboxes on the network. Multiple copies can be directed to other recipients at the same time and facilities exist to re-direct to other users as well as forward on etc. Fast, prompt, electronic deliveries with no delays and no lost documents overcomes the paper based problems associated with manual delivery to different sites, photocopying etc.
